Past tense and Past progressive tense

Dear native English speakers,

I'm going to teach the past and past progressive tenses.

Would you please check my sentences?

1 I take a bath every day.
2 I took a bath three hours ago.
3 My father is taking a bath now.
4 My mother was taking a bath when you called her.
5 Did you sleep well last night?
6 Were you sleeping when I called you?
7a We went to Malaysia two years ago.
7b We visited Malaysia two years ago.
8a When Tom came, I was taking a bath.
8b I was taking a bath when Tom came.
9a When my father got home, I was watching TV.
9b I was watching TV when my father got home.
10a When I called him, he was eating lunch.
10b He was eating lunch when I called him.
11a I lent him my bike.
11b I lent my bike to him.
12a When He called me, I was studying English.
12b I was studying English when he called me.

All fine, except a capitalized "he" usually indicates God or Jesus.
 
Agreed, although I wasn't making the God/Jesus connection. I was just thinking it was a mistake, but that's a good point.

I didn't notice I used capitalized H for he. :p Yes. I know "He" means God.
And "Lord" can mean Jesus Christ.
