Part time office staff wanted. (Tokyo)
A wholesale/export office in Kuramae/Tokyo is looking for office staff.
Experience: none required.
Skills: Basic MS office or similar (mainly word, excel), browser, email. Organizational skills.
Languages: English (no mother tongue required, but good enough to communicate with clients via email); Japanese (preferably JLPT 3 or above. Minimum kanji knowledge to be at least able to tell the difference between merchandise names).
Desirable personal traits: energetic, willing to learn, can cope with dynamic working environment.
Type of work: billing customers; filing; creating shipping invoices/packing lists. Might be asked to send offers on mailing list, and interact with customers in English.
Part time basis: Monday~Friday, 4 hours a day (flexible)
Hourly salary: ¥1,000 per hour.
Transportation fees refunded.
Initially until late December 2016.
