One of it because westerners keep ruining the Anime characters they cosplayed such as what this video proved.

Japanese are known to be the biggest Anime fan in the world, who would not get mad and upset when their obsession ruined by other peoples?

I'm not a fan of anime, so it didn't ruin anything for me. Most of those people are overweight, so you just seem to be picking on them for that more than anything. If they're enjoying it, it doesn't really matter. Anyway the girl at 0:34 looks OK to me, what's the problem with her?

I think I know you from youtube...you seem to be really reliable to your vision. Well, I think that you're not fair at all...it's like Europeans would say that people in Japan can't like their culture and honestly nowdays Japan wouldn't be the same then. And it would be a big shame I think. Japan is a great country where you can find traditional and modern western culture at once and anime is a part of the modern culture influenced by western culture. Okay, some cosplayers doesn't seem to fit to their favorite character but anyway...if they like it, let them.

I'm an Asian too (Malaysian), and I do not find overweight/ugly cosplayers overly offensive. Regardless of the nationality of the cosplayers. As long as they aren't harming you in any way, let them be!

I am sorry Hezam...maybe I am wrong...I am not interested in anime much, but I thought so because it developed mainly in modern times.
 
I know it is a japanese cartoon...I am not that bad informed...but I meant it as it has been developed and favorited in modern times in Japan which are very influenced by western culture. So...it is quite strange when someone says that westerners have no right to like it.

There is no modesty at all like Japan's neighboring countries .

It might still become an object of veneration in the country of other Asia though it doesn't apply in Japan.
It becomes only a mere antipathy though they try to give another the inferiority complex.
 

hmmm wouldnt happen to be that guy from Cosplay.com would tha? I remember seeing someone just like tha on that site, chatting their rubbish and getting banned like soon after
