Japan has excellent plastic surgeons, I'll give them that.
That woman looks more Caucasian than my own family members. She went beyond what was needed to be seen as white.

She wasn't trying to be a white -person- - she was trying to be a French -doll-. As such, if she looks mannequin-like ... well, that's kind of what you get when you have a human size doll. 
She wants leg extensions next to get closer to the doll's proportions. I don't think she'll ever be to get her eyes as big and glassy as the doll's, though. You can do all sorts of things with plastic surgery (and she has!) but you can't make eyeballs bigger.

1:50 its too bad she did not stop there.
But her goal was to look like a French doll, and I am sure some guys prefer her that way by far. To each their own.
