Omg a Tattoo question!

First and foremost, I know you guys hate these! But I want to get something that means something to me. Anyway, I'm sure you all know of Takeda Shingen . Well basically, he adopted a poem from Sun Tzu's the Art Of War.

Fast like the wind,
Silent like a forest,
Intrusive like the fire,
Immobile like a mountain.

- Fu-Rin-Ka-Zan

- 風林火山

Obviously not a literal translation, as I don't want a literal translation.

Anyway, is there anyway you guys can give me the Roman & Kanji equivalent to :-

Under heaven and earth, I alone am feared.

In a non-literal translation IE, Heaven - Earth - Feared.

To, give you a bit more insight into why I am asking for your help, is I currently already have two tattoos (one being a woodblock style samurai on my left arm and a woodblock Geisha on my right). I want to get Takeda Shingens war poem down my rib cage as well as his Mon, not only due to my interest in Japanese history (Shingen in particular). But because his poem was applied to not only his military applications, but to his politics and to his own personality. I feel it strongly represents a field I want to go into and it means something to me . Any and all help would be appreciated.

PS, I don't care if you don't like tattoos etc.. I am simply asking for help, my tattoos are mine and no one else's.

Actually, that's a literal translation. 風林火山(wind, forest, fire, mountain) is the shortened version of 疾如風、徐如林、侵掠如火、不動如山 or 疾きこと風の如く、徐かなること林の如く、侵し掠める こと火の如く、動かざること山の如し, which literally means what you quoted.
