O hon, no hon, hon

Hi. I'm learning japanese on duolingo.
Manga book got translated by manga o hon. I would have expected manga no hon or even manga hon...
Which one(s) is/are correct and if more than one, what's the difference?

Manga no hon = a manga book (more of a spoken style)
Manga o hon (no meaning)
Manga hon ( more of a written style)
