how would you say 1,0000,0000 in Japanese and how would you say 100000000

I've been taught that 1000,0000 is oku, but I believe that it's supposed to be Issenman

and then 1,0000,0000 would be oku.

can someone please confirm what is actually right and what is wrong

Issenman (1000万) to 10,000,000.
