Nice to meet you all!

Hi, I can't believe I haven't found this site sooner >_<

Anyway, I'm a college student in my last semester... so I guess I won't be a student for much longer. I've been interested in Japan since I was in high school, and in college I studied Japanese for a year. I don't know much but I want to work on it once I finish my school obligations. I am hopeful that I will have the opportunity to live in Japan next year, as an applicant to the JET program. Fingers crossed! Either way I look forward to learning many things from all of you!

Welcome to JREF ! well, better late than never, I guess--regarding finding the place. Please do check out all the forums and threads, and the older stuff by search too, and you can learn a lot. You may have to screen through some of it, but you can do it.
