I searched for a NewS thread, but it was missing, so I decided to open it ^^ I hope it's ok...
So, do you know NewS? Do you like them?
I'm sure all of you know at least Yamashita Tomohisa ^___-
For those who don't know NewS (bad, bad.... ), NewS is a Jpop boy band, part of Johnny's Entertainment.
After a 1 year pause they will release their new single (on 31 march), named "ﾂ青ｯ窶堙ｰ窶堙溪?堋ｴ窶堋ｵ窶堙? (Hoshi wo mezashite - Aiming at stars). The PV is already out, and I enjoyed it a lot, they look so hansdome

Masuda Takahisa - Yamashita Tomohisa - Kato Shigeaki - Tegoshi Yuya - Koyama Keiichiro <3 - Nishikido Ryo (he's also a member of Kanjani8).
So, any JE fangirl here? lol

i reeeeeeeeeeeeally want to... aren't they like.. the, or were? the biggest Johnny's band? didn't somethign happen last year and they had to stop for a bit? i'm not sure, i don't know much >.<

Hi ^^
Yup, they had to stop their work for 1 year, because of the bad attitude of 2 former members, but now they are back! Those 2 members had to leave the band, so now NEWS are 6 and no longer 8.
They are not the biggest Je band (let's remember the "old" glory: SMAP! ), but they are really popular. Actually they are under the spotlight, and they really deserve it!
Luv them! ^__^
My fav is Koyama, he's a great show host and his voice is really great <3

i LOVE NewS!!!! my fav. is...:? okai..i cant pick one. i LOVE all of them!!!
im happy they're back. tegoshi has a beautiful voice which i never noticed until they're performance on music station but i LOVE NewS!!!
but arashi is still my most fav. then its NewS

There is standing that News had 8 Members but they had 9 ^^
I don't know the 9th members name but he leave because his studium. He said that it is more important.
The other two members how leave where Kusano und Uchi ^^
The where caught drunk but weren't adult's at the time. So (that's a rumor.) they both asked Johnny to cancel them. I think know they are Juniors again ^^"

But I love News too. They have so beautiful songs ^^
And also funny songs like Koi no ABO XDD
How did they get the Idea to sing about blood groups XDDD

i am a big fan of NEWS they are my first band ever and hoshiwo mazashitai is such a catchy pv especially massu's part even though my fav. is shigeaki kato. Pi is just plain cool i have a thread abt NEWS here in jref check it out if u are interested in japanese music > bands and groups
i like the song DREAMS best.
