With regards to the subject material, I suggest you log onto [email protected] , which is the tokyo embassy and request a copy of their current security newsletter, its got all the dope in it including how to contact the Japanese postal service for their regs, etc. I'd send those, but, actually you should be getting a copy of this newsletter. It's free and sent automatically each month.
