Are there are any rules for Mandarinh Chinese?
I heard when you say NI3 HAO3 the NI3 change into NI1 and HAO3 stays HAO3. Is that true? I dont know rule of speaking Mandarin Chinese so can you please share them with me by posting them here?
The only thing I know is the tones which I learn from here
http://www.phonetics.ucla.edu/vowels/chapter2/chinese/recording2.1.html
a few words and characters. So please tell me the rules of speaking Mandarin Chinese.

Also: I was trying to say "You are mom" in the sound clip. Did I use the right tones?
You rename the .txt part to .wav and it will work

Sorry I can't explain the rule clearly because of my poor English, I can only tell you NI3 should change into NI2( 3 3=> 2 3).

I heard your sound clip, your tones are not very standard, but good enough to be understood.

Do you just mean pronunciation? That would narrow things down a LOT.

I think if you do a search for "(Mandarin) tone sandhi" on Google you'll find your answer. The parentheses mean that "Mandarin" is optional.
