Try this place. The food's not bad, it's not to expensive, nice atmosphere, and lots of beer. Nice location, too.

actually have you heard of slowdining 360 in ﾂ心ﾂ催問?ｹ'ﾂ？ﾂ everything including beer is 360 yen and the beer are a more then decent size.

Been Around A Long Time.
Beer gardens on top of department stores in the summer were real popular in Fukuoka in the early 70's. It was real nice at sunset to have a cool breeze , a cool beer, and a good view of the sunset.
