Could someone please point out the character for me please. 手 + 北. The characters consist of 手 on the left side of the character and 北 on the right side of character. How can I pronounce it and what does it mean?

By the way, how can I say kiss in Japanese? Is it "kissu"?

I do not think a kanji consists of 手+北 exists. Could it be 手+比?
部首が「てへん」の漢字一覧
(This is a list showing kanji with てへん (tehen) including 批.)

批 is pronounced "hi" but rarely used on its own. It means to compare two (or more) things together and decide correct or wrong (or good or bad).
批判 (hi han): criticism, censure
批評 (hi hyou): criticism, review, comment

It's not 北 but 兆.

挑 in 挑戦 "challenge"

キッス is how you say kiss in Japanese. I'm not sure if saying it this way is only for certain kinds of situations, but it is very popular in song lyrics. There may be other ways to say kiss in Japanese but I don't know of them.

チュウ works as well... right?

Only in Japanese do you get a million ways of saying Kiss.
キッス this is the most common
ちゅー this is more childish way of saying kiss. Pretty this is not even a real word as you have to use ー and not ちゅう.
口づけ finally the native Japanese way of saying kiss. Used more to describe the action more than everyday speech
接吻 せっぷん and the big bad Chinese word. You will never use this in everyday speech. Always exclusively used in scripts and the like to neutrally describe the act of kissing.

I'm really confused at this one... 'cuz I also thought that it would be ちゅー I actually think this is the right way.
But then I saw jisho.org saying that it's ちゅう

I'm not 100% sure if jisho.org is reliable or not.but I've been using that site for quite a while now.

But thinking back... it's not really that big of a deal since you'll mostly use that word in spoken conversations instead of written ones...
