Do they not intro the song with the band name or title of the song? Try recording whatever is said for a minute or so before and after the song; it is probably mentioned.

I find the title and the name of the song using an app called Shazam i sent it to one of my emails

I just used Shazam to discover Miyarabi Yunta（美童ゆんた） by 琉球アンダーグラウンド.

the group appears to be ryuku underground. i did some youtube searching by copy and pasting the kanji letters
a woman singing the same song
