Need help: How to search for my friend in Japan?

I have lost touch with an American friend living in Japan. His email address no longer works and I cannot find any white pages or email finder that searches Japan. Can anyone advise me on any way to further my search? He is Finbar Burke and is married to Takako Burke... :? Thanks for any help!

I don't remember the name of the town he lived in. All I know is his old email address, which no longer works: [email protected]

Can tell where he lived from that email address? I thought it was near Osaka, but am not sure....
