need help for some japanese

ok so, i have some questions that i hope you can help me with:

1. the word gozonji ごぞんじ that means knowing.... Does it also appear as a verb? like : to know ect. I am aware that shiru means to know, but was just curious.

2. how verbs does actually carries the meaning of ''to do'' ?

3. datte is the -te form of da, yes? it's just that it doesn't appear in my dictionary and I don't hear it that much

1. Yes, e.g., ごぞんじのように or ごぞんじだとおもうんですが or ごぞんじですか.

2. I'm not sure what you mean, but する is the most common word for "to do", I'd say, with やる also being up there, although it has some other, more specialized meaning.

3. Not quite. で is the -te form of だ. だって has meanings of "but" and "also".

I think the OP is asking about the difference in form between verbs and, for instance, nouns , i.e., how ごぞんじ works as a verb.
ごぞんじ is actually a noun. ごぞんじ + だ/です(copula) can perform like a verb "to know".

A huge number of verbs - dozens, maybe hundreds, carry the meaning 'to do' in certain expressions or classes of expressions where a specific verb is used in Japanese but 'do' is used in English.

However, basically, 'to do' is する、いたす、 and なさる、 for different politeness situations, and I suppose やる too, in modern, rough spoken language. (Although most of the time やる is used as something other than a replacement for する). Everything else that can be translated in specific cases as 'to do' is just about getting used to the fact that Japanese doesn't express things the same as English.

ok thanks! well what about mou ii nai.? what does it mean? i heard it a hundred time and i know the words (already, good, there's not) but i'm not sure of the complete meaning to gether

"Mou ii nai" doesn't make sense. Probably what you heard is "mou inai" (Someone) is already gone.
