Need a word or phrase translated?

Thanks for help, actually goo辞書 says that 節 has the meaning same as 曲節, and it is the synonym for 節回し and 曲調. Are those mean melody?

I've never heard 曲節. 節回し is close to 節, but contains the nuance of the way how to play/sing or the flow of the melody. 曲調 is more likely the tone of the music, e.g., 悲しい曲調の歌 "a song with a sad tone".

なんちゅーてる場合じゃない!
I suppose it is なんと言ってる
This is not the case of saying whatever (?)

Not なんと but なんて(=などと) "such a thing".

これさえ手に入ればもはやここに用はない
According to the grammar I've known this is hypothetical but from the context it seems to be at past tense(factual).
Can anyone tell me which case?

The -ba conditional can be used for a fact (not past but more likely present perfect, though).

I wanted to ask for help with translating the sound effect: "ちま" as seen on the picture. I am familiar with the phrase ちまちまmeaning small and neatly arranged or doing something slowly, little by little. However, none of these fit here, in my opinion.
This is a scene where a girl playing a game just died and turned into a ghost. Can chima reffer to the slow, fiddly movement she's making as a ghost?

Isn't her size as a ghost smaller than when alive?

伊達にお前の兄をやっちゃいない
Does this mean: ''Don't make your brother here for a mere show''?

兄をやっている = 兄である / 兄だ
Makes sense?

アースブレードがああなってしまった以上、もはや猶子はない
The literal translation ''it is no longer a nephew'' doesn't make sense

次に計画を立てる時は先のそのまた先を見据えとくんやな
I think it is: ''prepare focus on the goal again'' but I really have no idea what it is.

先のそのまた先 would be something like "the future of the future". e.g not just the immediate future but where you might go from there.

I'm a bit confused with いや、迷子だとは in the following dialogue. Can we interpret it as 「いや、迷子だとは限らない。ただ・・・・・・木道はずれて、湖に入ろうとしていたから、そう思っただけ。」?

人A「ねえ、どうしてこの子を迷子だって、思ったの?」
人B「いや、迷子だとは。ただ・・・・・・木道はずれて、湖に入ろうとしていたから。」

Context: 人B found a child who 木道はずれて、湖に入ろうとしていた. And he said to 人A, who is a friend of 人B, that the child is lost.

Yes, your interpretation seems correct.

ドモンから聞いた話だが、
あいつは命をかけて細胞を消去する
場面にでくわした事があるらしい!

What is 場面にでくわした? ''Come across a scene''?
And is あいつは命をかけて細胞を消去する modifies 場面にでくわした事?

Yes for your translation.
命をかけて細胞を消去する or just 細胞を消去する modifies 場面. Both are possible.

おかげでみんなが見つけてくれた合体プログラムも作動しねえときた。。。
Thanks to that the combination program that everyone found out won't work
What is 作動しねえときた?

ちなみにリトアニアには「花粉症」なるものはあるのかな?

Not exactly sure what she is asking here. I assume it's the 連体形 of "なり",(Is it the fourth usage? なり[助動]の意味 - 国語辞書 - goo辞書 )

So, it's basically 「リトアニアには「花粉症」というものはあるかなか?」 Am I missing something here or this is quite the weird question. It's like asking if you have cancer in Japan...

Yes, your interpretation is correct. なる can be replaced with という there. Unlike 癌, the speaker doesn't think that 花粉症 exists all over the world.
