I'm essentially translating an English poem/song lyrics into Japanese.

You need Japanese competence level that enables you to be creative in Japanese. Translation of literature, especially poetry, required ability beyond simply being a native speaker.

It's from a song called "weeeek" by NEWS telling businessppl and the like to 'take it easy'. I understand the first part to mean: "It's ok to go slowly, just don't quit" but what does the 2nd part mean? "One day the water drop will pierce the rock"???

Those are the -te form of 失う and the contraction of てしまった, respectively.I was wondering what the word うしなって was and what does the ちゃった ending do like in 天使になっちゃった。

What exactly is a 妖精? I was reading a Dragon Quest novel, and all the monsters are called 魔物, except for one who always gets identified as a 妖精. He's described as graceful and handsome where the other monsters are grotesque, and he's monster royalty (though other monster royalty are called 魔物). I looked 妖精 up and it seems to cover things like Fairies and Tengu and such. Is this book just using the word to emphasize this particular monster's gracefulness? Or is there something I'm missing?

I'm really confused about what the following sentence means:
あなたは、僕らにまで気を使う人だから、時々心配になります。
I've seen にまでused with numbers (__％にまで上がる) but I really don't understand what it means in this case... "Out of all of us, you are the most considerate" or "You are considerate even towards us"???
