Most Japanese don't know what ビートルズ are, what a ジェファーソン・スターシップ is, how cold a スリー・ドッグ・ナイト is, how much a ラヴィン・スプーンフル is, or even who ギルガメシュ was -- even though the latter is actually a Japanese group.
