Hi, Epigene !

I forgot to thank you for correcting my blunder on the sumi misread. Although I do not find the sumi way of rice cooking very convincing, I do like how you cook with Brita-filtered water to add quality water to the rice grains. I've used Brita filters for years; drinking water tastes so much better that way.
