Moving within Japan

I hope I didn't already ask this here...

I will need to move all my stuff from Osaka to Yokohama in Sept, and was wondering about how much I should expect to pay to have movers come to my place in Osaka, pick up the boxes, and ship them to Yokohama for me to arrive a few days later. I would move myself to Yokohama by train to catch up with the luggage as they arrive.

As far as amount of stuff, just a frugal guy living in about a 8 tatami mat place, so not tons of stuff, but too much to carry.

Does anyone have any companies they would suggest I use?

I don't have a problem with Japanese language so I don't need a special English capable service.

Do you think there would be anything difficult about moving a mountain bicycle?

It is "moving service for business bachelors" that I used.
I sold the big thing of furniture to a thrift shop.
I disposed of the washing machine, the microwave oven, the cupboard, the vacuum cleaner
A load of moving
A medium-sized refrigerator, a PC, a monitor, a printer, 29 inches TV, a bicycle,
Clothing, tableware
The thing which I did not usually use sold the tableware.
It is good to be sold in a flea market.
