There's no information on the average really..just try to aim for at least more than 50%~I m wondering too bout the average marks to pass the exam in order to get selected to the interview..
In Natural Science, every test is important except japanese test. But if you got a very high score on math,physics,chem etc, and kind of low (40/100 will do, maybe) in other or vice versa it might be good also.If I'm applying for a course in Natural Sciences, is the score for the Physics test very important?
For those who wants the 2012-2013 test questions, you can visit:
Informasi Beasiswa & Pendidikan -> japan embassy site for Indonesia.
(I have uploaded it here too)
There're links to the test papers under the
"Soal-soal ujian tertulis Beasiswa Monbukagakusho " text
(translates to "Exam Questions for Monbukagakusho Scholarship", if you don't know Bahasa).
The "Kunci Jawaban" is the Answer Key.
Oh, for those who doesn't know:
S1 = Undergraduate,
D-3 = College of Technology,
and so on.
(You can find it from the side navigation on the embassy site.)
