Me theoreticaly likes the idea of the flag, but practically there would be lot of problems, as you said, crys. The only possibility would be, if we form the support page wanted to make one, to sign a piece of paper, send it to one person, she would then print out a piece of "flag" (of paper, for example, which had to be designed somehow, because we are all from different countries) and patch the pieces of signed paper to it...
hm...it sounds pretty complicated...
I´ll ask the guy/girl, who had thew idea, for more details and if wanted top try it, we couls arrange it somehow. But I don´t know if it isn´t complicated.
 
well we could all just "sign" a pic on the computer and print that out... but well that would look kinda sloppy... btw i am guessing our flag will prominently feature 雅 and 愛 ^^

It would probably get lost in the post before everybody was done signing it anyways !
Specially for our fan-team where the members live in many different counties, we are not restricted to one country, or even one continent ... it would be a very difficult and even costly project if we where to attempt it.

hmmm I see....Maybe we could do our own Flag...with´many little flags sewed together...or we make a special Support Flag...

And we could post here what to write on the flag from each one....and the one who makes the flag could write it all down on it...you can´t send it around the world to sign...this would be a big problem I think.

Weeeh....that would be so nice...if we could make one and send it to him...😌
 
Actually I like the idea of a flag that are put together of many different flags and it caught my imagination for a bit, every member who signs could do it to on her/his own flag piece ...

It would make our flag so unique also, don't you think, like the hole world in one ...

And then also a very clear statement that this is our JRef Miyavi support Internet team flag, so he would understand how rare it would be ...

But the signing thing would have to be some kind of yes, scanning thingy for those that can, or even take a cell phone picture of their signature, I'm sure I could enhance it enough to make it appropriate. And if there is members who want to be included but is not able to scan it in or take a picture of it, it's not like we couldn't do it for them, even if it wouldn't be their own "hand writing" ...

... hm, the idea is actually quite interesting :-) ...
 
I saw this on myspace. I was sort of discouraged becuase I am low on finances real bad, and couldn't do the whole 'ship the flag' thingy.(I have yet to send Miyavi fan made jewlry still!) I think the idea we have going would work out nice...
I would like to be able to scan my signature and email it to whoever is putting the signature onto the flag.
 
If we do it as I'm thinking it doesn't have to cost anything else than the postage to Japan once.

If we make a paper version, I even have this fantastic color printer and laminator at work, so I could laminate it before sending it. I think I could pay the postage one way, shouldn't be that much I think just for a A4 paper.
Just checked it would only be some 20 sek (around 2€)

There is just one problem, I'm on vacation now and wont going back to work until the 23rd, but then again, we would have time to make it ready until that. 👍

Maybe Olosta wants to make the graphic again and I could do the physical part, printing, laminating and posting.

hm...but I am away as well until 16 march...but few days until the 23 are enough for me. Until then you could send me your signatures or graphic ideas, as well as flags, or country nnames, from where you are.

here is the link to the project. And we would make a paper one, laminated, everyone would scan their signature and post it to crys, and post a message to my profile containing the nationality (because of the flag, which would be composite, of course, because we are from different countries), or ideas about the design.
 
Is it ok if I just make something of my name on paint or something and send it? X3 And I just need to send a picture of my flag?
 
i think you can make what you want, either a sign or something with your name. And it is enough to send thwe name of your country (hm...ok, I can see, which country are you from here on the forum, but to avoid mistakes). Yup, send a link to the pics to my profile, I will make the design of our "flag"..

Not bigger than a A4 paper size or the postage would be more expensive and since I'm paying for it my self, it will have to do !

i know, but I had a feeling...I know, he is probably sick...i just hope it won´t be influensa, because that can be bad...poor him.
it´s this sick time of the year, immunal systems of people weakened...I am still healthy though my left eye is hurting..


hm..the flag...i thought I could make a collage of flags and then into them place a signature...I don´t know if we should put there a photo of ourswelves too...me personally would not do it...
hm..crys, how would be your idea? Do you want to place the signatures in the "flag" later, or should I do the whole graphis?
 
the goods news is, they are seasonal, hencefort temporary.
the bad one is, there is no cure for allergies....

but my allergy got somehow better these days, so maybe the immunal system of the body can somehow fight it...but I think it is individually...

maybe one of his new songs will be about itching nose and snot :D

@olosta: XD i wanna hear that song... though there is hope, i guess, cuz with every spring, they get less severe for me... so as long as i stay away from ponies, longhaired cats, mangoes, kiwis and shrimp i am good. hmm... itchy snot song... bet ya it'll be a hit XD
 
I know it's for Meev, and I would do anything for him, but I'm not in the mood of making anything... :/ Too tired of studying and doing all the presentations for school.. Please forgive me, girls. :(

I am sure he does. He is bussy himself now.

Too bussy, when you ask me, he neglects us, his loyal fans...he should take a nice break with his laptop, chatting the whole day, posting a blog every hour, taking pictures of himself with his i-phone and post them as well...
hm...that sound like a perfect holiday to me...
not so much would it to him I guess :D

I think it would be better if I put the signatures there in the flag, because I have to enhance them first, then make gif's out of them so they can be placed on the flag and since you don't have a gif program, I think I have to do it.

But you have to tell me which bit of the flag is meant to which person. I don't know, I think everybody can choose self what they want to put in "their piece" of the flag, signature + a comment or a small picture also,
It should be up to everybody to decide I think. I'm not sure I'd put a pic. either, oh, well, maybe yes a very small one ! ☝

You don't have to do anything, but if you want we can just add your nickname to a piece without anything else, we can do it for you, no problem, if you want to be included ...
