Minitokyo 3D

Here's another one for the train aficionados: Minitokyo3D is a three-dimensional data visualization that displays a real-time digital map of Tokyo's public transport system. It covers Tokyo and its environs, shows train and metro lines moving and has clickable cars and stations. Quite amazing, I must say!
