Hi guys, some of you old timers may remember me from several years back. Alot has happened and changed since I last posted I'm sure...I was wondering if these 2 people Mike and Frank here still post...I really appreciate all the help you guys have given me learning this great language. I remember frank as being one of the most kind people, always helping. I know there are many more people to thank I just can't remember all your names!
I remember Mike , he was very good at japanese (fluent I'd say!) and always honest to me. I really appreciate that
I've been really slacking, but I haven't given up on my dream of visiting japan one day. I've been saving alot of money but I need to brush up on my japanese. How's Elizabeth doing? Does she still post here?
Can someone please post a good site to learn japanese from? I have Pimsleurs, which isn't that great (because it doesn't teach grammar), I have a few other books too. The main thing that got me was particles, I always used the wrong one. Additionally, if any japanese people here would like to be my friend, and talk, please let me know.
I remember when I was living in a group home, one of the team leaders there said to me, "You say you want to go visit japan, well, that's not going to happen. That's a pipedream"
I don't even have a passport yet, but still have quite alot of money to save up. I'm hoping by the time I do go there in 2-3 years or so, I will know enough japanese. I've always been interested in the japanese language, ever since I was a kid. And I want to learn more of it myself..
Best wishes to everyone!
PS: I almost forgot. A year or so ago my computer crashed and I lost everything. Where do I go to download japanese language support on my computer, as well as a japanese writing program?
Thanks
