MEXT postgraduate scholarship English Exam

Hi All
I have Applied My Paper to the MEXT postgraduate scholarship and i have been invited to
an English test , to these who did this exam can any one tell me what type of exam it is
(writing , multiple choice, listening ...etc ) and what they concentrate on (grammar,Vocabulary,
spelling..etc)

the exam will be 12 pages as :
Q1 mcq 10 .
Q2 mcq 10 .
Q3 10 paragraphs .. the method of this question is choose the incorrect line of 4 underlined parts.
Q4 10 fill with appropriate word
Q5 2 paragraphs each have 5 Q ,, each mcq 5 answer select the right one .

I'm planning to take post graduate , and what is the syllabus for MEXT? please guide me for the same
I want to know about the scholarship ? is it a full scholarship ? please let me know
