Meeting New People?!

Hey Guys!
Thanks for all the advice on the homestay programmes! I've narrowed it down to 2!
Does anyone know of a place (forum kinda thing) where i can meet Japanese boys and girls of my age? (15,16,17,18) or like a pen pal thing where i can keep in contact with them!?
Any help will be deeply appriciated!
