Meaning of みんなの思い

I've seen the Twitter hash tag, #みんなの思い used in posts about remember in the Japan earthquake of 3.11.
I'm not sure what the meaning of this expression/hash tag is, and was wondering if somebody could tell me. It looks like "everyone's thoughts" or "my thoughts are with everyone," but I'm not sure, which is why I'm asking.

It would be the former, "Everyone's thoughts/feelings."

I don't really know how twitter works, though.
