I recently purchased a vehicle from this company in Japan. They sent info to track the ship, the ship came but no vehicle came and no documents were sent to me. The day the ship came I was blocked from their Facebook page and they stop all communications with me. They have a heavy facebook presence. All information will be beneficial.
