In all seriousness, I'm afraid you're unlikely to find any help here.
For one thing, no capable translator is going to want to volunteer their time for free.
For another thing, I don't believe that soliciting help to work on fansubs of copyrighted material is in accordance with this forum's policies.
You'd be better off going somewhere where you can find late-intermediate-to-advanced students of Japanese who interested in the Sentai genre and are thus willing to work on something like this just for their own practice and enjoyment.
