Hey there! I'm looking for traditional cooking recipes. I do find plenty of recipe suggestions on Google, but the problem is that, based on my knowledge, they don't really stick to the original recipes.
So, if anyone has a kind heart, could you share some local recipes (less mainstream ones) so I can try this type of cooking? I'd be happy to share some local French recipes from my region in return!
Don't hesitate to get in touch!

A bientôt !

Yes, I know, but the problem is that you really need to understand what is being explained. For now, I prefer to "read" rather than listen because it will be easier for me to grasp the steps.

Can you help narrow down the type of dishes you are interested in?

Simple winter or summer dishes? Balanced meals. I can even share a few recipes I have :)

A seasonal Japanese spring dish is Bamboo Shoot Rice (Takikomi Gohan).
