I was hoping somebody who is an expert at Japanese could look through this list, and make any needed corrections to it. This was a direct translation from my friend who is still learning Japanese. For some of these names (example: Furenchi Banirra) would you actually write/pronounce it as Banirra Furenchi instead? Please give a detailed explination for this if so.

They are names of candle product for the Yankee Candle company. I thought someone on here would be able to translate them with 100% accuracy. If not, can somebody give me a link to a Japanese forum board where I can get an answer?

Nothing gets translated with 100% accuracy, ever. Somebody here probably could get as close as reasonably possible though.

I don't think the board is the problem. It's that you're missing the bit where you say you're willing to pay a few quid.

That said, these folks might be a good place to start - but do check the local customs and rules before posting.

I checked several Japanese online shops which sold Yankee Candle products, and all of them displayed English "authentic" names and/or their katakana notations. So I think there is no necessity to translate their names into Japanese. You may don't know about katakana notation, but your friend may tell you about it.

Why would I pay any sort of cash just to get a small list translated? If that is asking too much, then I'll find another place. And yes, I did read the forum rules.

Because it's boring and time consuming - in other words work.

Good luck. In my opinion your list is about five times longer than the sort of length that would get translated easily for free.
