Let's gripe about Firefox

I think Firefox is a pretty nice browser, and I use it almost exclusively, but I have some pretty big issues with it, the main one being:
Why was this browser released 4 years ago, yet there is still no built-in feature to remove excess search tools? It's probably because Mozilla is beholden to Google so they don't want people removing it too easily, but this is ridiculous.
I know there are plugins out there to take care of this stuff, but I'm not a big fan of plugins and I can't seem to find this one out there anyway. My Google search box is currently directing me to Japanese Google and I'm tearing my hair out.

Aaaargh.

i wish firefox had tab options... i wish i could right-click on a link, select open in new tab, without automatically activating the new tab... or open tab beside active tab also without activating the new one... i hate it when i have to scroll to the end of the tabs just to find the latest tab that i opened... sheesh...

I love firefox and use it every day since last year. It's a good browser and I love the tab function (even though I do think that the new IE tab function is better).

I've used firefox for the last 2 years and will not go back to IE. There are occasions where the site I am using will not work right on firefox and that drives me nuts because I have to switch back to IE to finish what I am doing!

^ true! haha lol * currently using maxthon (IE-based but w/ better tab options than firefox) but still having some trouble w/ it - planning on trying opera

I tried opera, but went back to Firefox. It's the best browser imho.

Firefox isn't a bad browser, I like using it. Though I can't listen to music on Yahoo Music with Firefox, I guess doesn't support it or something like that.

I have been running Firefox for the last 2 years or so and this is something that you windows users probably wont notice, but the memory load is pretty big. This makes it rather slow to start compared to konqueror but konqueror have kde dependencies so I`m still with Firefox. It would be nice with something new
