Konnichiwa! ~from Canada~

Hello Everyone, I'm new here (Obviously!)

Eh, I am learning Japanese on my own, and have been for the past year or so.

In primary school, we studied Japan for a few weeks and I instantly fell in love with the culture. I'm not really big on Anime, but there are a few I do like. I like watching Japanese drama's, but I have only watched a few. There are also many Japanese singers and Bands I like to listen to.

Probably my favorite thing about Japan is the Culture in itself, both Modern and Traditional.

Anyway, don't want to make this to long, so yea..

Wow...I really do appreciate your efforts to learn on your own. That's great. I have done a lot of that too. Learning is a very important thing; please keep it up. I'm sure you can do part of that learning--not only about Japanese, or things Japanese--here on the forums too! In improving your Japanese, it will take some effort, and there may be ups and downs, but don't give up !

Please do spend time and get to know the place, and of course, jump right in where you are interested. I look forward to hearing more from you !! See you 'round !! MM
