Know any good online tv broadcasts?

I've been searching around a bit for a 24 hour Japanese channel online but so far I only find little clips and boring news reports.

Do you guys know any good ones?

Well, I don't know any channels, but if you go to youtube.com and search "Gaki no Tsukai" you will get TONS of episodes. It is basically a "torture" type game show run by this 5-man comedy duo. It is very hilarious and you don't need to understand what they are saying *most* of the time to have a laugh. My favorites are the games where they are placed in an every-day setting (such as a high school) and can't laugh or else they get spanked. Sounds kinda sadistic but it's really funny. Does that help? I know it's probably not what you were looking for but it might entertain you for the time being.

All you have to do is Google Japanese TV On Web it and you will come up with a few like wwiTV which shows TV programs from many countries around the world including Japan. Just select your country.

You can try this link which is put out by the Japanese government. They have various news articles and programs along with a couple of US full-length movies subtitled in Japanese. They may have some British movies now and then, but I'm not sure. It is all in Japanese, but if you cannot read Japanese just click on a few of the channels and you can view what they offer. They currently have 13 stations.

You must have Real Player to view the channels on the Japanese government channel. Just be sure to not download all the other BS that comes with Real Player and make sure it doesn't take over your computer as the main media player if you are using something else.

There is also a blog about TV in Japan with many, many clips. It is in English and you should enjoy it.
