kansai ben phrase?

Hi! I really need help with translating this phrase. I believe it is a kansai ben?
I have been trying to translate bits and pieces but it still doesn't make much sense to me so I would really appreciate if someone here would be able to help.

意地悪してまうんは好きやからに決まっとるやろ?

I'm especially confused about the first part. I can't seem to find what まうん mean?
and I'm guessing やから = だから？
