It was painful, but they died pretty quickly,because they had "seconds" or Kaishakunin who, once the samurai did the cut with the tanto (knife) or a wakizashi (dagger) (though if they were to young or "evil" or they just couldn't plunge the knief/dagger in their own stomach they were given a fan or a branche of some kind instead)would cut their heads off (in, hopefully one strike), so they didn't suffer too long. Seppuku is supposed to be a clean, diginifed and honorable act, if the smaurai had shown suffering it would have taken from that, so generally speaking they didn't suffer to long... Still it's a little disturbing~

And I find it kind of sad that Kami had such a fixation on death. And when I think that he wanted to say " Hurry up and die" to himself, I always feel sad...

In that case seppuku is an other kind of honorable suﾃｯcide then the one i read about. 'Cause I read something about cutting in the belly and dying very painfull (I won't give any details).

I felt sad when I read it...it's strange. He was feeling more happy, because he started living healthier and then he does die...also kind of ironic

Yea it is ironic... but I lie to think that at least he didn't suffer and he WAS happy~ or at least he was heading in that direction~ I like to think that he was a happy peson! It makes me appy

Yes~ it's true he's one of he few that actually SMILES in pictures ^___^ I really loved that about him!

I was watching this very old interview with Malice Mizer and Kami spoke the most of all. And he smiled a couple of times (he also really laughed). So I made a printscreen of him smiling and cut out the picture. And he looks very cute on it

Omg he's so adorable~ I love his smile make me melt *melts* He has a nice voice~ And I know he did the back up vocals of a few (if not all...) of Malice Mizer's songs! (I read it some where that and there are a few pictures of him at a microphone singing... so....)

I know he did the backing vocals on Brise I have watched the vid of Brise (live) to many times And in the vid you can see him sing while drumming

His voice is really good~! I don't how to say it~ but it sounds so nices, I was watching the apartment interview on Youtube and it was like *melt* And I didn't understand much >__< But it was nice~!

He has a cute voice..I like Yu-ki's voice too. Very different from the rest and always a bit shy

OMG!!!! IM SOOO HAPPYYY!!!!!! i was out in a trip for quite a while and to comeback and see this awesome Kami thread, makes me so happy, A-Chama i want to thank you fo doing what i was planning to do when i went back I LOVE U!!!!!
I know this might be too silly but i have to say it:
When my little sister died, i remembered how much she loved Kami-Sama and i hope she could meet him wherever they are. Kami is such a big person to me, even if he's not here i just can't forget him , and to know theres people who still remember him makes me extremely happy, usually when i see Kami i cry, its noy a lie, i do!! but when i see this pretty thread i cry but of happyness, im very sentimental... and i cry easily so forgive me for how dumb i am, but its just that im very happy!!!
I want to be part of this thread cuz' i really love my beautiful Butterfly and to make you happy i'll post a picture:

I think it is good to be sad when thinking about Kami, but we should also be happy...he was great when he was alive, he gave us good music (ofcourse with the rest of the band) and he gave us a good memory
