the difficulty between learning latin base languages and asian is that it requires to use of different parts of the brain..

Well, geist_seig, that might be true, because most latin base languages use the same writing system, sentence structure, and etc. While for some Asian language, you use a different writing system (eg. Russian, Chinese, Japanese, Korean) and different word order.
