Man, I wish I had never heard of PalTalk, LOL. With the ability to use voice and see others on their webcams, it has sucked me in. I bought a low tier membership and hooked up my old webcam so I could check things out better there. There are tons of young Asian women with long black hair to talk to and watch. I'm not getting anything done around my house for work.

Cancel your date, arrange to have your kids visit their grandparents, make sure there's TV dinner for your spouse in the freezer, and postpone your graduation if need be.... because you will be in the chatroom talking about the weather with us!!! Woooohooooo!!!

Just as a note, Japan time is GMT+9, whereas US Eastern coast time is GMT-5, Central GMT-6, and so on. So if they give a time again that you're not sure about, those numbers can help you math your way to the correct time for your area.

I was there waiting just 15 to 30 minutes earlier!!

I thought it was going to open around midnight (Japan time) so I gave up and left!!!
 
Looks like it will be 6PM for the west coast this time because we went into DST last week.
 
That's right... I had forgotten about that.
 
I guess it's just my break break talking but I was hoping that we'd meet more often... Then again not everybody may have enough evenings\afternoons open to spend talking with North Americans or whichever continents is opposite your current location.

Why not set a date/time, create a room, announce it here on this thread (and maybe in the Upcoming Event section as well) so people can join you?
 
That's so crazy it may just work! The next few mights may be a bit busy for me, but a mid-week chat would be awesome!

For this week it may be short of notice for some, so I'll try for two days.

I think I'll try for tomorrow(March 16th) at 7PM CST(GMT-6). My dinner may run late so the room should be up, even if I'm not talking...
Also, Thursday night 7PM CST(GMT-6), same drill as the previous night, I'll try to get the room up and ready to go a short bit before the meeting time.

Maybe next week more people will have a chance to see this and make time as they see fit, but let's see who will poke their heads in.

Sorry, I was posting that at waaay too early in the morning for coherent thought... I do mean this evening, and tomorrow evening. Good thing I hadn't made one of those 'planned events' thingies or I may have screwed that up as well.

I'll try to get into Pachipro's place tonight. (Mar 20 Friday is a holiday here in Japan.)

I've also created my own version of Ashikaga's chat room, which I titled "JREF Chat Room Part 2." (Same location in Paltalk: Miscellaneous>Others)

I plan to use it basically when Ashikaga isn't around to do his weekly chat sessions and I can. I also might open it up for members on Saturdays (JST) upon request.
