I dont know how to chat !
I cant see any Members !!
 
First you click "ALL ROOMS", then a new window opens and you see a list of chat rooms.
Then go to "Miscellaneous" in the list, and go to "Other" under "Miscellaneous".
There is "JREF Japan Forum Room" among many rooms, then click it, then you can enter the room.
 
I entered the room but i dont know what to do !
I cant see the members !
I cant hear anything !
 
Does your speaker works with other software?
You can find a volume adjuster in the left bottom, maybe you can try that.
Or the one with your computer...

And when you're in the room, can you see the text messages?
 
I went to another chat room and it works and i could hear people !
BUT Jref no..!
I am disapointed!

Hummmm, you must have clicked on the wrong area.

Maybe we can try it sometime togeather Hezam later. I'm getting ready to go to bed in about a half hour.You have to click on about 4 places to get to the right JREF room. Hopefully we will do this every weekend for a while so you will have time.

I wish I could sing like undrentide, but I found out I'm horrible when my old buddy introduced me to karaoke...

Maybe I'll make my daughter sing (play an mp3 file) or my son play the guitar (on youtube)....

I'm very glad to have been able to join the chat this time around. I was happy to see a good number of folks show up as well!

I do like PalTalk, and how it makes sure only one voice at a time is heard. Very nice. I wish other voice chat venues would hurry up and copy that excellent feature!

Tomii san , you did a good job translating sentences last night. Ashikaga san you were really patient and mellow with our learning - thank you very much! HnH I'm proud of you going ahead and giving the Hiragana game a try; I think you did just fine! undrentide, *wonderful* song that you sang for us! maushan san those were some really intriguing things that you shared with us about some parts of Mexico - you continue to stay safe, please! Uncle Frank, you're funny! And thank you for sharing facts about Maine's gun laws! It still blows my mind...

And on an on.. Everyone, again, it was great to hear you!
 
This Sunday morning (Saturday night in the US), we will be getting together again onPALTALK for a chat.

Come to think of it, it will be Valentine's Day for some of you.... Oh, well. I am counting on people to make the right decision here. I mean, what is more important, spending the evening with your significant others, getting swept away by the moment and saying things to them that you might regret later...OR voice chatting with your pals from JREF!? It's a no brainer, if you ask me.
