Jobs in Wajima and Noto Hanto

I became interested in Wajima after watching the film 'Maborosi'. It looks like a nice little fishing port city....

Are there many teaching jobs in the area? I looked online and found almost nothing. I would be looking for an eikaiwa, I guess. I would be coming on a tourist visa and then looking for sponsorship. I know my chances of getting a job would be higher in a bigger city. How would they be in a small place like Wajima?

And if any of you have been there, I would love to hear what you have to say about the city. Thanks.

What? No one has been to Wajima? It looks so nice... I know it was just hit by an earthquake. Someone has got to have something to tell me about the job situation there...
