The racial equality proposal:
"The equality of nations being a basic principle of the League of Nations, the High Contracting Parties agree to accord as soon as possible to all alien nationals of states, members of the League, equal and just treatment in every respect making no distinction, either in law or in fact, on account of their race or nationality."
It took Japan until 1995 to sign an international treaty against racism and discrimination. Here we are 12 years later, and they have yet to enact a single law to enforce such a treaty within its own borders. Think about it. Tip of the iceberg of hypocrisy.
