On Wednesday, Japan recorded its first "extremely hot day," with temperatures soaring to 35°C in Fukushima Prefecture. Parts of Tokyo also experienced a significant heat increase, surpassing 30°C. Specifically, the city of Date in Fukushima Prefecture registered a high of 35.2°C in the early afternoon, and Tokyo's Nerima Ward observed a temperature of 30.2°C just before 13:00.

Additionally, the city of Fukushima, which is close to Date, reported a wet bulb globe temperature (WBGT) of 27.5°C around mid-morning. This measurement, which accounts for heat and humidity, approached the "severe warning" threshold set by the Environment Ministry, indicating that heavy physical exertion should be avoided under such conditions. Similarly, in Nerima, the WBGT reached its highest point at 27.2°C in the early afternoon, as per the data from the Environment Ministry.

Tomorrow's temperatures in Kanto: 32°C.

Made me think of the old TV show with the flying nun , LOL.

Sweet! I wonder what happens on windy days though.
I do not seem to be usable at the high place of the building which the strong wind blows.
I may want to buy it for the dog walking.
As the morning and evening of these days are hot, it looks good to take a walk while looking at the smartphone.
