I work in a recruitment Company, and we are looking for Japanese Speakers to work in a Multinational Company in Europe ( I can't disclose our client name due to privacy reasons).

People with EU citizenship and work permit for Poland have Priority for the company, but they can also provide work permits if they can't find any suitable person with EU citizenship.

Job description

Handling incoming phone calls / e-mails from customers regarding technical issues related to: hardware, software and network
Delivering professional and prompt service to the customers
Keeping records of all customers' enquiries in the reporting system
Analyzingand resolving most common enquiries by providing step-by-step solutions orusing remote access to take control of the computer and solve the problem
Sending more complex enquiries to the relevant IT SupportTeam

Candidate's profile

Fluent Japanese language skills both verbal and written
VeryGoodEnglish skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Professional telephone manner
Basic experience inWindows XP (Windows7 would be an advantage), MS Office, MS based applications
Basic technical support experience an advantage but not necessary

As you can see is a really easy job to do, no really hard skills needed, just client oriented.

In case you cannot find people willing to relocate to Poland, is there a possibility to do this from home?

Is the salary "Polish", or does it meet western European/Japanese standards?
