Japanese Physical Therapy Exam?

I am a physical therapist in the United States and will be moving to Japan in a couple of years. I was wondering what the format of the Japanese Physical Therapy Exam was or where I could get a copy of an old exam. Wanted to know how difficult it would be to pass the exam with my current level of Japanese. Thank you!

また、外国の養成校を卒業した方、外国で理学療法士の免許を取得した人は、所定の手続きをして厚生労働大臣の認定を受ければ、新たに養成校に入る必要がない場合や不足した単位のみ取得すればいい場合もあります。
