Yes, this is the one.
Forum in Japanese is "Keijiban" ﾂ「ﾅ断ﾅｽﾂｦ窶敕つ（窶堋ｯ窶堋｢窶堋ｶ窶堙寂?堙ｱﾂ）ﾂ」
There are so many categories to choose from.

Japanese are soooo active on forums, it's unbelievable. Now many forum are accessible from cell phones, too, which explains partly why most of my HS students seem surgically attached to their ﾅ暖窶佚 (keitai = cell phone)ﾂ！This one, for example, is dedicated to cell phone pictures!!!> http://3w.to/keitai Talk about pop subculture!
