What is the exact name of the bamboo tapping sound which used as background music in the samurai fighting scenes?

In kabuki , such a sound is made by an instrument called a tsuzumi. Is this what you mean?

That's the sound of 窶敖焦ｽq窶禿麓hyoushigi].

Although wiki says "two pieces of hardwood or bamboo", I believe bamboo is quite rare. (The Japanese wiki page for hyoushigi doesn't mention bamboo at all.)

There would be no such files, I'm afraid. Hyoushigi is indeed a musical instrument, but is not usually played solely. As you can see on YouTube, it's basically used only as a background music of Kabuki, Sumo , traditional festivals, night watch, or like that.
