Japanese Crime rates

I know that I have seen it on here before, but could someone point me in the right direction? I am looking for fairly recent crime rates in Japan. Hopefully some that may also include rates for US military in Japan. I have been having a discussion with a few aquaintences, and I want to be able to back up what I say!

Go to your local public library, look for the section where they keep reference books which may not be checked out, and look for the Ministry of Justice white pages report.

its funny cause the crime rate percentage for north america is 1.3% and only .8% of that are from the usa lol go figure
