Japanese citizen with USA green card. want to work as civillian at base

Hi, I am Japanese citizen who hold Green Card in USA working as Pharmacist. I am hoping to find information to work in US Base in Japan as civilian. I see information about working in JapanBase as civilian as US Citizen. But as Japanese citizen is there way to do so? I start to think may be Green Card means nothing, just as Japanese citizen who can speak English and hold License in US want to work in Japan...??? Do I need to be US citizen to do so to have benefit of working in Japan Base as civillian....? How does taxes. living arrangement, even License works if anyone knows...
Please lead me to place where I can get information or anyone can answer my question. Thank you very much

I'm a new member to this site, but I'm in US Army and I was station in Okinawa for 2 years so I could help you on your question. First though do you live in the US or currently in Japan? Also how long have you had you Green-card?
