Isshoni placement in this sentence

Hello,

I am trying to say "let's drink coffee together at the cafe at 3:00pm today".
Here is my attempt: 今日のごご三時に いっしょに きっさてんで コーヒーを のみましょう。

I was just wondering where the "isshoni" should go. Does it go in front of the place (きっさてんで), noun (コーヒーを) or verb (のみましょう)? Or maybe where it is placed is flexible/doesn't matter much? If there is a noun and verb, I usually just place it before the noun, since that is where the examples in my book are placed. (eg. いっしょに コーヒーを のみましょう). And I don't think I've ever seen it in front of a time/frequency word...

一緒に（今日の午後）三時に喫茶店でコーヒーを飲みましょう。
三時に一緒に喫茶店でコーヒーを飲みましょう。
三時に喫茶店で一緒にコーヒーを飲みましょう。
三時に喫茶店でコーヒーを一緒に飲みましょう。

The sentences above are all correct. Furthermore, you don't need to say 一緒に, since 飲みましょう connotes it.
